Stealth Armor Systems rifle-rated body armor products are controlled items under U.S. export laws. We do not export rifle armor outside the United States except where permitted under applicable U.S. law and after export-control review.
Certain rifle-rated products may be subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), including ECCN 1A613.d. Products providing NIJ Level IV or equivalent protection may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and may require licensing through the U.S. Department of State.
Exports to Canada or any other destination are reviewed on a product-specific and customer-specific basis. We do not ship controlled armor products to prohibited countries, restricted parties, or unauthorized end users.
Rifle-rated products may fall under ECCN 1A613.d.
NIJ Level IV or equivalent may require State Department licensing.
